Doc's Dusty Barn Distillery is a family owned and family crafted distillery since our creation in 2015.
The proof is defined as twice the alcohol percentage per volume.
Our Products are distilled and bottled in-house to showcase our dirt to glass process. Make sure to pay attention to the distilled and bottled location, if they are the same that means it was made in-house
One of the rules in making Rye Whiskey is that it must be aged in new barrels. We age our Rye Whiskey in New Oak barrels for 18 months or more.
